Eigenlayer's goal is to be a marketplace of decentralized trust, not a financial hypothesis platform for taking collateral stake in Ethereum and then using it in other ways. One of the things we are building is that these be subject to a social layer inside of Eigenlayer. We call this a slashing veto. The only role of the veto is to slash, theonly role of the committee is to veto slashing positions. And as long as the sticker and the service are comfortable, you can make the market there.
