Simeon: In 2010, the global perception of Qatar was pretty limited. They'd hosted the Asian Games in 2006 and had ambitions to host an Olympics. That's where they were then, but they weren't developed. And they've managed to transform that now through this 12 years of infrastructure development. I think when Sepp Bladder opened that envelope with Qatar, very few people would have known even where that was.
