i was thinking, hu second guessing the state's assertions? We've heard that before in the context of ecclesiastical whackamal only the animus free secular kind. i decided to go back to my file cabinet of receipts and look back to the year 20 20. In those cases, it seemed like the court thought it was for the courts to require the state to prove, with evidence, rather than just generalizations backed up by intuition and science.
