Are We Acting Against Refugees?

Nearly forty thousand african refugees in israel. Israel call them infiltrators. The et pon me nea, we are not acting against refugees. We are acting against illegal migrants who come here, not as refugees, but for work needs. They live with a constant threat of arrest and deportation. Is we uninterested in mass of illegal emigration? i want to know.
