Elixir is a new programming language. It was developed by the former head of an ISP in Belgium. He worked with Ruby for about 10 years and fell in love with it when he first tried it. But Elixir felt more like coming home to him after working on ADAM systems that didn't have 3.5 megahertz speeds.
