How and when we eat actually can be also very, very important. Do the math three hours after dishes away to bedtime, eight hours of bedtime and one extra hour in the morning. That's 12 hours over 24 that I've allowed my body to be my metabolism to be in fuel burning calorie consuming mode. We do need to be physically active.
