And we'll get to the conversations you need to have at home, but we're going to have to all be more accommodating to the situation as long as we've got this cove of 19 stay at home deal going on,. and be compassionate about that as well. I really like the invitation for the person who's leading the team to start that conversation because then it makes it ok to have those conversations.
