The US's View on the Source of Fentanyl Precursors
Vonda Blair: China is the source of precursor for fentanyl as well as finished fentanyl. She says there's no credible suggestion that precursors are not coming out of China. There might be limits to China's capabilities, but there very certainly and very distressingly is a limit to China's interest in cooperating with the U.S., she adds.
