The Message to the Workforce Going at Another Job
There was no sign of this coming from Honda's point of view. They weren't hesitant in investing in the infrastructure on site. The message was very much, we are going to try and rescue this but we have no idea how at the moment they are with us. It was a moving moment whereby the entire workforce was clearly there to continue going racing. Many of us couldn't control that individually, but it also meant that our hearts were set on trying to keep going with this team.
