The Buddha Says All Convenient Things Are Dukkha
Dukkha is a polyword in the suta which means all conditioned things. It's often translated as suffering, but it can also mean even pleasurable things are unreliable and not capable of giving lasting fulfillment. The four noble truths revolve around this word: there's the truth of dukkha, the cause of dukKha, the end of Dukkha and the path leading to the end ofdukkha. So how do we reconcile that with our own experience?
