Is There Value in Differentiating Timescales in AI?
The structure of our memory systems is dictated largely by how the world is. And so as you go about your daily activities, the information that you need to pursue your goals will change over different timescales. So I think that remains an area where there's great opportunity for innovation in terms of the architectures and the algorithms in AI research.
