Frank Pivon was originally in the diocese of New York, but he requested a transfer when his pro-life work became in conflict with the Bishop of New York. The word in the Catholic church is incarnated. And incarnated means where's your home in the Catholic Church? What diocese are you rooted to? He then endorsed Trump directly, which again, is against what he's allowed to do as a priest and puts the tax-exempt status of the Catholic church in jeopardy here.
