Coaching is a great modality for expanding what's possible in an organization. Sometimes we just need to make a decision, right? In the example of perhaps a an emergency, or when swift action is called for, perhaps we need to wear the hat of the director and issue directives. And i think sometimes it's related to that, especially when we're the founder or c o of a company,. We need to wearing the visionary hat and really understand and explain the why. Because this really helps people get clear on where they are headed.
