Noster: A New Concept for China

Noster is a growing social network and they can build things on it without asking permission from anyone. In china you need permission for everything so this is like a breath of fresh air for them. The cost to build something a noster is relatively low compared to the centralist platform. It's hard to keep a lid on in ch China because what makes money there is very hard to control. Noster will be used by many Chinese companies who want their own version of Twitter, Facebook or Google+.
