The Importance of Empathy in Journalism

Austin: Empathy, the ability to use to actually almost almost literally stand in somebody else's shoes, which is really the kind of the definition of empathy. And I think this could help with racial discrimination and prejudice if someone could actually see and feel what other people what another person's life is like.
