In australia, the native dung beetles have adapted and evolved alongside marsupials. And they search for ovine and bovine dung - something they'd never been introduced to before. So what they did was they launched the australian dung beetle project. It ran from 19 64, i think, to 19 85. They wanted to look out over se the impact of releasing non natives. That's a huge thing you've got to do before you release anything.
