The best thing about being a thermophysiologist? Lizards. The worst is when people come to your office and ask you stupid questions for a podcast. There's something so deeply satisfying about seeing the grand story of evolution played out on its sort of thermal hydric stage. I just have these beautiful environmental chambers built that allows us to manipulate temperature, humidity and every half hour running lizards on tracks. And oh my God, they're amazing.
