College football season is less than three weeks away. Eight of the 12 Pac 12 teams have confirmed that they're departing. There are six teams where I can picture pigs flying before I think they win. The favorite USC plus 190 Oregon plus 300 Washington plus 320 Utah plus six, 100 Oregon state 11 to one UCLA 14 to one. Draw the line.
