The Element of Perceptions Is a Massive Thing in Football
If a player in the first team doesn't get selected some managers will not tell them why they're just not selected. If our 21s we've got certain players that's playing and then we have other players that come back and then they get they're not selected do we then tell them? You can have an answer both ways one that they gain the experience and one that we should tell them. i think there's an area of sometimes we try and repeat experiences to get them ready for that we're actually missing probably moments of brain development.
