The Future of Project Management

AI will help us and assist us and make us more productive with doing this work. There's a lot to gain probably in the next two to three years in that regard. The question to ask your view is not, hey, is this going to take away my job? But what could I do if there were 10 of me that I can't do right now because I'm spending my time breaking down a project into 100 activities? And then how can I use these tools to scale what I do and up my impact and ride the wave?
