CNN's John Defterios says he still can't figure out how this one got by senior management. "I just want to tell senior management, we're not that stupid," defterios said. But nobody upstairs wanted to be the guy to point out there was a problem and so they let it go. Why? Because I don't want to be seen as the guy who stopped us and had to explain why I was stopping it."
