How to Lead Effectively as a HR Leader

Senior leaders need to make sure that everybody in the organization who is a leader is actually leading effectively. It's about putting in place those critical core skills of time management, prioritization, delegation and giving feedback for all leaders at every level. Once they can do that, then it allows them to do those things on the list: asking people for their opinion, building trust and transparency. And probably, if we start these steps of getting the basics in place, changing the culture and making people care, we will start to see benefits within three to six months.
