How to Activate Research Repositories and Stakeholders

Just because you create a research repository does not mean that stakeholders will change, right? Zero boards are repositories, Google Drive with presentations is a repository. And I just want to stress that moving things into a different product or place might not solve the deeper problem. So it's really understanding with your stakeholders why they are struggling to use the insights and how you can better empower them.
