How to Handle Difficult Conversations With Employees
If somebody does something awesome, it's going to be brought up publicly in the next stand up. We don't do traditional like a review cycle. What we do is, every single quarter, we have quarterly one on one meetings where i'm trying to ask you a bunch of questions about how things are going. It's never antagonistic. Part of it is that i don't let things linger.
