Would We Still Be in a Plasma Right Now?

I don't think any of the elements we know now would be around. The version of hydrogen in that universe would be really different. It would have totally different energy levels. We don't know if chemical bonds could be form like two oxygen come together to make o two, is that they are like sharing electrons between two nuclei. And that depends on the strength of electromagnetism.
