Is There a Dual Number System in Polish or Russian or Slavic?

There are languages with no adjectives so that's one strike okay that's not universal um there are not there are languages with really weird number systems i think there's some kind of language out there which has a dual but doesn't have a plural or a singular. A dual number is something you have in arabic or standard arabic at least it'sSomething you have in old Slavic languages so i don't think it still exists in any I think it actually might still exist in Slovenian but it doesn't exist anymore in Polish or in Russian for certain.
