Are There Any Easy Steps to Succession Planning?
A lot of clubs don't do succession planning. Are there any easy steps? Like, is there a way to like start that process? I think whenever you hiring somebody, you have to ask yourself the question, can this person take over from the person that they report you to? So it's interesting because the perception is it's difficult. The reality is, it can be easy, but it can also be very difficult.
