How Do Sound and Sound Effects Work?

The best example would be with Logan Paul and his Pokemon videos. I think sound is the best way to generate feeling. You could go to like an unaffordable music subscription site and you will have relatively mediocre music, which does the job. Or you could probably go to a more premium site that has like much more high production quality music or sound effects use some of those input in your video. Suddenly your video feels a lot more expensive just by just a simple sound effects that you choose.
