High protein high protein intake is very helpful for essentially everything. High fiber intake that's also at least for for fat loss for muscle growth it's not quite necessary but for health and fat loss it's a huge win most research finds sustained those response effects of fiber intake on both atoposities so body fat level and health outcomes up to quite high levels.
