Pricing is another thing that affects pretty much every part of your business. In the past, a lot of WordPress businesses have not been sustainable because of pricing. So I'm a firm believer that it's okay to lose customers because the price is too high. And in addition to that, like a lot of plugin companies now, but not in the past, we charge every year for the plugin.
