How Do You Handle Multiples in the Middle Market?
We are seeing peak multiples this year. For 2021, for instance, we have some data here on enterprise value between 25 and 50 million. And then around five million in EBITDA? You'd say that's what about six or so? Yeah, five million of E BITDA. So I think out of the last 10 companies we've sold nine out of 10 were through a broad investment banking option process. One of them was more direct via a private equity backed strategic acquire.
