How to Get Yourself a Self Compassion Message

When we are feeling stressed out and guilty and ashamed, that is a state that puts us into the version of ourselves much more susceptible to immediate gratification, temptation and anxiety. And as soon as you start piling on the guilt and the shame, your brain switches into that other mode in which now everything's going to be more tempting including smoking or drinking. So i just wanted to give you a sense of what it would be like to give yourself a self compassion message. En i said this was a tiny intervention, this doughnut and this is basically all it was.
