The Evolution of Romantic Attraction
There are animals that do not have romantic attraction, and we are one of them. Other animals probably experience something roughly analogous to romantic attraction. It's just basically a feeling which incentivises you towards a behaviour. And you can still do the behaviour without the feeling necessarily.
