The Importance of Medicine 2.0 Versus 3.0

20 years ago as a young resident at John Hopkins you felt frustrations with the medical establishment it sounds like some of those frustrations have persisted. I think that medicine 1.0 is basically not medicine but it was the thing that filled the void of medicine until medicine 2.0 come along which I'll explain later. We're all armchair scientists so we have always constructed stories that's why 500 years ago we thought that there were gods that determined everything where the planets were why you got sick. There was no scientific method and therefore medicine1.0 was largely witchcraft by the way sometimes that witchcraft worked.
