Bell's Pause presents as a sudden onset of facial paralysis. Patients can have some ear discomfort that sometimes will radiate a little bit around the ear. Taste changes is another very common thing we see with patients with Bell's Pause. If you start seeing other neurologic symptoms like room spinning dizziness, those are things which should make you start to question your diagnosis.
