Do You Have a Home Kit Smoke Detector?
I don't have any native home kit smoke detectors in the US. There's not really a lot of options for that. So I'm just using dumb smoke detectors and actually something that I did was, so I use the abode security system. And they have a device. It's called a smoke detector monitor or something like that. Basically it monitors kind of like the home pods will do once we get that update. But it basically monitors for that sound of a smoke detector going off. That pairs to my abode hub, which does support home kit. And so that actually shows up in home kit as a smoke detector. What's kind of cool is I can set up automations
