What Happens When a Prisoner Gets a Contraband Cell Phone?

This week, we found out what could happen when it does one prisoner in a maximum security prison. Arthur Cofield got a contraband cell phone and ended up impersonating a billionaire. He managed to get the coins shipped back to Atlanta where he had somebody else use the gold coins to buy him a mansion.
