Dr Beecher's Placing Placebo

Dr. Henry Beecher writes a landmark work called the powerful placebo. He was a battlefield medic who reported that, um, a third of the time when he offered morphine to his wounded patients, they would not take it. The modern study of Placebo is we're going to jump like I had 150 years. That's the explosion of us landing a century later.
