The Wall of Hate and the Dominican Republic

A former dictator of the dominican republic did some terrible exactly 80 years ago, something so terrible that to this day, people don't want to talk about it. This single event shaped the dominican hatian border as we know it. The story i want to tell to day is about those lines, who does the drawing and what are the consequences for all of us?
