Devolution Is Patchwork

i think devolution has come a long way under the mayers, and particularly the sort of, thet flagship mares of the westmidlands and and greater manchester have shown. I don't thin now knows how to fix the transpennine route that runs from from newcastle all the way down through hooderfield - my home town. You know, it's going to take a collaboration between the north east, between yorkshire and the northwest to fix that. And i think once we've filled in that patchwork, we need to then to set our s sigts on something even more ambitious.
