The first thing I start with for any content strategy is the CEO slide. What are those teams? What are the then the topics that are going to help those teams? That's kind of bucket one. Bucket two is what does the market want? And that's where you kind of get split thought leadership and top of funnel. Then I do kind of the nitty gritty top mid bottom funnel, even though we all know the funnel doesn't really exist. And then also start to look at personas from there. It goes from sporadic and ideas to more buckets and then precise kind of like topics on delivery.
