Biting Dedicated Policy Groups

i'm hoping to see more biking, dedicated lobbing efforts and just basic communication efforts with folks that exist outside of the community. i hope we're starting to get better about figuring out how to push back and counteract some of the fud or latyou do mean, style attack that bin has handled. But i'm certainly excited about the work of biting dedicated policy groups.
