Building Confidence in the Workplace

It's not necessarily any indication of any lack of reason on their part. Many do have questionable views, but if we don't start with the idea that we need to be the vehicle that they can trust then we're not having the right conversation. Those views may change in the longer term as trust in other parts of the community developed.
