Pregnant women who have fibrinogens below two when they're starting to bleed are much more likely to progress to a severe postpartum hemorrhage. So always try and hit two and above throughout your resuscitation. For those of you that are in a country where you cryoprecipitate still, four grams of fibrinogen concentrates about the same as 10 units of cryopRecipitate.
