Is Your Hips Projecting Backwards in Team Sports?

In team sport, you might like r i got just got to take three steps and just get to the ball. And it's three quick steps with the centere of mass pretty low. If you're too high, you're just not going to be able to get on the ground very well. So if you're assessing someone to oke, are you more late dance or early stancer, or whatever? Just look at where their hips are in just a normal standing position. Those athletes ehips are really far forward. Being in late stants, like always being in that ball of the foot type thing. We do think all balls of the feet explosive great.
