The Divide Between YouTube and Other Broadcasters

There's a very strong divide between YouTube and other broadcasters. The difference is really just that YouTube started off in social video when it started off as a browser. So of course it's going to measure impressions differently than a traditional programmer would. And I think it's worth pointing out that programmers, although they're evaluating all these vendors, they aren't necessarily neutral.
