On Wednesday, President Obama nominated two judges to serve on the federal pellat court. If confirmed, one judge would be the second openly l g b t woman to serve on ap, on the appeals court. And memphis would be the first black man confirmed to the sixth circuit in 24 years. The president had 64 judicial nominee spots that he could use; Owmany's using those to diversify the bench. But how weird is it, ok, that there is the the biggest fuckin court case you could probably have in the history of our country? That's implicating hundreds of people, possibly icas, some of which are probably tha administration currently.
