The first stages, as we're saying, is the is the awarenes. We want to be aware of red flags and how to deal with them. So that's kind of the awareness pece. And then i think, from my own experience, and from working with lots of other people, i think we need others around s to help reflect back to us when we might be going down the same road. A community, a community is really important. I mean, my background is also in recovery from various addictions, including an eating disorder, dis functional relationships, including an element of love addiction. It took me three years after meeting my husband to actually commit to him.
