Nominations to Directors of the Board of Directors

There were 1,177,750 shares of Berkshire common stock outstanding. Each share is entitled to one vote on motions considered at the meeting. Of that number, 1,035,680 shares are represented by proxies returned through last Friday. The ballot of the proxy holders received through last Friday cast not less than $1,035,407 votes for each nominee. That number far exceeds the majority of the number of all shares outstanding.
