How to Manage Overreaching and Overtraining

The starting point in this kind of sport, i think, is not over training. It's mainly about the difficulty to accumulate enough lood when the player doesn't get enough playing time. If you play two hours each forty eight hours, you are not going to be ready to play against the top guys two weeks later. So dependingon that, you may have more risk of doing too much, or more risk of do not enough. And regarding the way to manage that, i think it's a lot about common sense. It's about knowing your athlets.
